DBE SUBCONTRACTORS & SUPPLIERS BIDS/PROPOSALS AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS REQUESTED

Cofiroute USA is currently seeking Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms to join our team for the upcoming Back Office System and Customer Service Center Operations Services for the 405 Express Lanes in Orange County RFP NO: 0-2690

Bid /Proposal Submission date for RFP NO: 0-2690 is March 22, 2021 by 5 p.m. PT.
The contract-specific DBE Goal for the project is 3%.
This advertisement is in response to Metrolink's DBE Program.
Performance/Payment/Supply bond may be required.

Cofiroute USA is looking for DBE certified firms that provide the following scopes of work/positions for the project. Please submit bids/proposals and/or qualifications for the following scopes (but not limited to):
Computer hardware and software (hosting, networking, storage, etc)

Print / Mail vendor, Translation Services, Staffing and Hiring Services, Armored Car services, Courier services
Security Guard Services, Shredding Services, Office Supplies and Equipment, Quality Assurance, Facilities Support, Offsite Storage (records, files, etc)

RFP NO: 0-2960 (inclusive of any applicable drawings and specs) are able to be reviewed in the office Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm by appointment. Bids/Proposals and/or qualifications are required by COB, March 22, 2021, so that all bids/proposals and/or qualifications can be fairly evaluated.

Cofiroute USA intends to conduct itself in good faith with all interested subcontractors as well as certified DBE firms looking for subcontract opportunities on this project. Subcontractor may be requested to furnish a bond. If required Cofiroute USA will pay bond premium up to 1%.
