Arana Group Inc. plans to bid on the "TI Buildout of Kai Ming Childcare Center Project" located in San Francisco, CA. We are General Contractors requesting bid proposals from SBE certified subcontractors and suppliers all for all trades.

SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
The Project is generally described as: General new space and the TI buildout of approximately 4,400 SF of childcare space at 671 China Basin Street. Non-profit new childcare the mission of strengthening community through nurturing children, supporting families, and promoting professional growth of staff. Kai Ming will be responsible for the construction and leasehold interest of the Project.

Estimated Construction Value is $2,200,000.00

We will be accepting BIDS on March 9th 2021 @ 10:00 AM.

GENERAL BID REQUIREMENTS & NOTES:

In order to bid for this project, your CSLB License must be active and you must be registered with the D.I.R (Department of Industrial Relations). No contractor or subcontractor may be listed in a bid or awarded a contract for a public works project unless registered with the DIR as required by Labor Code section 1725.5.
