D.A. Collins Construction Co., Inc. welcomes quotes from all qualified subcontractors, services, material suppliers, and trucking firms for complete or portions of the work for all phases.

The work includes but is not limited to; furnishing all plant supervision, labor, materials, and equipment. Operations included are concrete modification for gate installation. Offloading, assembling, and installation of a new fabricated Tainter Gate. Installation of the gate still heater and completion of related electrical work. Along with support of the operation testing and commissioning.

Each bidder shall take note of the following:

• Any subcontracts, agreement for services or purchase orders will be subject to the Owner's mandatory contract flow down requirements.
• Insurance Requirements: Please be sure to review the insurance requirements. Subcontractors will be required to fulfill these requirements.
