The project involves the implementation of remedial activities at the Erie Canal, Town of Frankfort Section site, located in Frankfort, Herkimer County, New York. These activities include, but are not necessarily limited to, excavation of PCB contaminated materials and restoration of the canal as described in the contract documents.

Each bidder shall take note of the following:

• Any subcontracts, agreement for services or purchase orders will be subject to the Owner's mandatory contract flow down requirements.
• Insurance Requirements: Please be sure to review the insurance requirements. Subcontractors will be required to fulfill these requirements.
• Equal Employment Opportunity: The Subcontractor shall undertake or continue existing programs of affirmative action to ensure that minority group members and women are afforded equal employment opportunities. It is the responsibility of all subcontractors to undertake good faith efforts to assist D.A.
