Piazza Construction is seeking the use of MBE and WBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following aspects of the job: lead compliance plan, water pollution control plan, construction area signs, erosion control, biologist, structural backfill, concrete backfill, lean concrete backfill, class 2 AB, asphalt, hydromulch, ground anchor, soldier pile and coating, structural concrete, precast concrete lagging, rebar, corrugated steel pipe, midwest guardrail system, frame and cover, terminal system, thermoplastic traffic stripe and markings,

100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, DIR registration number, and current insurance. Contractors and suppliers to provide proof of current DBE certification with proposal. Contractor shall take out and maintain during the life of the contract, a Commercial General Liability Policy, with a minimum limit as defined within the contract documents, naming Piazza Construction as additionally insured.
