The Reed is a 41-story tower that will rise 447 feet tall and comprise of both rental & condominium units. Addressed at 234 W Polk Street, the building sits just steps away from the charm of historic Printer's Row and is an important opportunity for subcontractor participation from across the Chicago construction industry.

Lendlease is currently seeking expressions of interest from MBE, WBE, DOBE, LGBTBE, SBE, VBE, HUBZone, Section 3 and DBE firms for the following scopes of work:

Excavation; Caissons; Earth Retention; Asphalt Paving; Landscaping; Concrete; Masonry; Miscellaneous Metals; Carpentry & Drywall; Closet Shelving; Architectural Metals; Millwork; Waterproofing; Roofing Systems; Doors, Frames, & Hardware; Interior Glazing; Overhead Doors; Window Wall & Guardrails; Metal Panels; Gypsum Assemblies; Tile & Stone; Resilient Flooring & Carpet; Stone Countertops; Painting; Toilet Accessories; Signage; Lockers, Bike Racks, Mailboxes; Trash Chute; Appliances; Window Washing Equipment; Cabinets; Window Treatments; Swimming Pool; Vertical Transportation; Fire Protection; Plumbing; HVAC; Electrical; Low Voltage.

Additionally, we have identified select smaller bid packages as follows:
