Rose Hill Courts - Phase I
Location: 4466 & 4486 Florizel Street, Los Angeles, CA 90032

The proposed project is the construction of two (2) Type V-A 4-story buildings with 51 units and 38 units, totaling 89 units, and ground level surface parking spaces. Both buildings will be multi-family residential affordable housing.

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County, MBE/WBE/SBE firms for participation in the Rose Hill Courts Phase I project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and Diversity Business certifications. This project is a California State (Residential) and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage job (The higher of the two applies).

Bids must be received by Monday, January 25, 2021 at 4:00pm for the following trades:
