Services needed:
California Engineering Contractors (CEC) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to:
Lead Compliance Plan; Traffic Control System; Portable Changeable Message Sign (Ls); Prepare Water Pollution Control Program; Rain Event Action Plan; Temporary Dewatering Operation; Temporary Fiber Roll; Temporary Silt Fence; Temporary Construction Entrance; Street Sweeping; Temporary Concrete Washout; Storm Water Sampling and Analysis; Temporary Erosion Control Blanket, Temporary Hydraulic Mulch; Temporary Cover; Temporary Check Dam; Temporary Gravel Berm; Biologist; Temporary High Visibility Fence; Clearing and Grubbing; Shoulder Backing; Bonded Fiber Matrix; Compost; Incorporate Materials; Crack Treatment; Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A); Tack Coat; Furnish 48" CISS Piling; Drill and Bond Dowel; Bar Reinforcing Steel; Core Concrete (2",6",1.5",2.25"), Bridge Removal; Rock Slope Protection, Chain Link Fence.

Requirements:
CEC requires 100% Payment & Performance Bonds from a single, treasury-listed surety subject to our approval. CEC will pay bond premiums up to 1.5%. Please include a bond premium with your quote. All Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance, and worker's compensation coverage meeting the contract requirements, and must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Please include both your State Contractor License No. and DIR No. on your quote. Subcontracts awarded on this project will use CEC's standard subcontract form without modifications
Plans and specifications are available for viewing in our Pleasanton office between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM Monday through Friday by appointment. They may also be obtained from the Caltrans website or our Dropbox File sharing server. Please contact us for instructions on downloading from Dropbox.
