Is seeking qualified DBEs

The work for this project will include final design for the new structure, the removal and disposal of the existing bridge, construction and installation of the new bridge, abutment modifications and repairs, and retaining walls for new track profile.

Scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to: clearing and grubbing, demolition, erosion/sedimentation control, instrumentation, asbestos and lead abatement, rebar, concrete, precast concrete, structural steel, retaining walls, drilled shafts, ballast, electric, drainage, utilities, MPT, painting/coating, asphalt paving, flatwork, trucking (including hazardous material removal), waterproofing, and other trades associated with this type of work.

This project has DBE goals assigned to it. Halmar is committed to providing contracting opportunities to eligible and qualified designated classification firms, including but not limited to disadvantaged, small, minority and/or women owned businesses, SDVOB's, etc., and we strongly encourage all qualified firms of any designated classification status to bid on this Project.

Proposals from prospective firms are due to Halmar on or before January 21, 2021.
