Scope of Work: As part of the Earthquake, Safety and Emergency Response Program to replace obsolete generators, this project involves the replacement of an emergency diesel generator at Fire Station no. 2 which will be mounted on new rooftop equipment pad with integrated "belly" fuel tank. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, installation of a new remote fuel fill station, equipment to be installed in new alcove within exterior wall at south alley, modification to existing electrical service, modification/removal of existing underground fuel piping, and installation of new generator, piping, and accessories on the roof.
