The City's project includes 1200 LF of 24" RCP (alternatively 24" Polypropylene) Storm Drain. DCI is seeking, qualified and certified, DBE/WBE/MBE subs and suppliers to provide, but not limited to, the following: pipe and appurtenances; manholes; concrete work; fencing; gate; aggregates; trucking.


This project is Federally financed by the U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) (24 CFR, Part 570) and subject to certain requirements including payment of Federal prevailing wages in compliance with "Section 3" Affirmative Action requirements (Executive Order No. 11246), the procurement standards in compliance with the 40 CFR Part 31.36(e) regarding Minority Based Enterprise (MBE) and Women Based Enterprise
(WBE), and others.
