Location: 1041-49 N Martel Avenue, West Hollywood, CA
The project consists of 50-unit senior and permanent supportive housing development with common amenities, over ground level and subterranean parking. 4-stories of Type IIA over 1 story Type IA over one level subterranean parking.

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County, MBE/WBE/SBE firms for participation in the Martel project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and Diversity Business certifications. This project is a California State (Residential) and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage job (The higher of the two applies).

Bids must be received by Friday, January 08, 2021 at 4:00pm for the following trades:
