Sitework, loading dock, exterior steps and egress ramp. The auditorium, stage, lobby and basement greenroom will be completely renovated - approximately 8,500 SF. A new two-story addition for circulation will be added to the backstage area - approximately 900 SF. These areas will include new HVAC, fire protection, plumbing and electrical systems. The remaining +/- 10,500 SF of toilets, classrooms and gymnasium shall receive minor renovations including new HAVC systems, fire protection, fire alarm and selected electrical system upgrades with only minor upgrades to finishes.
