Location: 9190 N. Telfair Ave., Sun Valley, CA 91352

The Telfair (Sun King) Apartments project consists of a new 4-story apartment building with 26 units of permanent supportive housing.
Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County, MBE/WBE/LSA firms for participation in the Telfair (Sun King) project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and Diversity Business certifications. This project is a California State (Residential) and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage job (The higher of the two applies).

Bids must be received by Monday, January 04, 2021 at 4:00pm for the following trades:
Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Siding, Masonry, HVAC, Cleanup, Insulation, Glazing, Sheet Metal, Roofing, Plaster, Drywall, Painting, Cabinets, Ceramic Tile, Carpet, Landscape, etc. Walton Construction, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to and encourages the participation of Local, Section 3, MBE/WBE/LSA subcontractors/suppliers on the Telfair (Sun King) project.
