This project is Non-OCIP. Please include all insurance costs in your proposal.

This project will rehabilitate the southern ventilator structure at the 138th St-Grand Concourse Station in the Bronx and provide flood resiliency measures. The reconstruction is inclusive of removal & reconstruction of the top of the existing ventilator structure inclusive of new gratings and handrails. Mechanical Closure Devices are being installed to provide flood mitigation measures. The lower portion of the ventilators are being rehabilitated via concrete and structural steel repairs. The site will be restored with new landscaping and fencing.

Project needs include, but are not limited to CPM Scheduling, Painting & Lead Abatement, Concrete Supply, Rebar Supply & Installation, Aggregate Supply, Asphalt Paving, Landscaping, Waterproofing, Flood Gates, Structural Steel Supply & Installation, Miscellaneous Metal Supply & Installation, Trucking & Disposal, Rodent Control, Plumbing, Electrical, and Pavement Markings.

The Minority Goals are
DBE: 20%
