BRCO Constructors Inc. is requesting bids from Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) subcontractors for the Placer Hall Remodel Gold Country Fairgrounds Project.
The work to be performed under this contract consists of remodeling activities on the Maurine Dobbas Placer Building, Placer Hall. The scope of work includes removal of existing rooftop mechanical, plumbing, and electrical equipment, and current foam roofing application, installation of a new spray foam roof system, new roof mechanical equipment curbs, re-mount existing roof-top equipment.
The project area is located at the Maurine Dobbas Placer Building on the Gold Country Fairgrounds, 1273 High Street (also known as 209 Fairgate Road), Auburn, CA 95603.
