PROJECT SCOPE of WORK:

The Site is located at 243 W Jefferson Street (Block 55, Lot 1) in the Borough of Paulsboro, Gloucester County, New Jersey.

This RFP is for the implementation of a soil remedial action at the Site. The Scope of Work includes demolition of the existing on site warehouse/office building, excavation and in-situ soil stabilization/solidification (ISS) of Manufactured Gas Plant (MGP) impacted soils and restoration.

Ferreira Construction Co., Inc. is soliciting bid proposals from qualified firms certified as MBE, WBE, SDVOB or VOB for the PSEG Former Paulsboro Gas Works Building Demolition and Soil Remediation.

We are seeking a local fence subcontractor in and around the Paulsboro area for the following scope:

800 LF of temp fencing
600 LF of perm fence at end of job.
