SCOPE: General School Modernization and reconstruction including ADA Accessibility and Fire/Life-Safety upgrades; sitework; Interim Housing, structural upgrades; aluminum storefronts, windows, curtain wall, and sunshades (Alternate); new doors and hardware; new finishes including interior and exterior painting, flooring, ceilings, and cabinetry; school kitchen, Cafeteria, and CTE kitchen classroom (Alternate); new Administration area and main entry, plumbing, HVAC systems and controls, electrical systems including lighting fixtures and controls; low-voltage systems including telephone, data, clock/bell/PA, fire alarm, and security; commissioning of MEP systems.
PLA & Prevailing Wage Required / 5% Retention / See General Conditions 00 72 00 Article 12 for Insurance Requirements / RFI Due by 10/28/20 @ 2PM / MEP/FS Subs MUST be Prequalified to Bid / NTP 12/9/20 - Complete 09/1/23 & LD's=$2,500/CD

It is now State of CA law to provide CSLB license #'s & DIR #'s on sub lists - make sure to have them on your bid scope!
Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project

PREVAILING WAGE RATES, INSURANCE FORM CG2010 11/85 (EQUIVALENT IS CG2010 0704 & CG203 COMBINED) & WEEKLY CERTIFIED PAYROLL REPORTS ARE REQUIRED. 100% PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT BONDS MAY BE REQUIRED.
