Payment of actual reproduction cost will be to ARC Document Solutions. Bidders may order half-sized or full-sized
plans. Pricing will depend on the plan size ordered and the delivery options selected.

Sub Contractors shall be responsible for reviewing and familiarizing themselves with PCWA's latest
revised specifications, improvement standards, technical provisions, and standard drawings.

Bidders are notified that a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Walk will be held on
Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 10:00 am. The mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will begin at the
Castle City Mobile Home Park (CCMHP) clubhouse, 1588 Lisa Dr., Newcastle, CA, 95658 with
additional details as provided in Section 00 21 13, Section 1.6. Bidders must attend.
