General School Modernization and reconstruction including ADA Accessibility and Fire/Life-Safety upgrades; sitework; Interim Housing, structural upgrades; aluminum storefronts, windows, curtain wall, and sunshades (Alternate); new doors and hardware; new finishes including interior and exterior painting, flooring, ceilings, and cabinetry; school kitchen, Cafeteria, and CTE kitchen classroom (Alternate); new Administration area and main entry, plumbing, HVAC systems and controls, electrical systems including lighting fixtures and controls; low-voltage systems including telephone, data, clock/bell/PA, fire alarm, and security; commissioning of MEP systems. All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA.

Wickman Development Construction is seeking 3% participation from DVBE Subcontractor and Suppliers for Thurgood Marshall High School Modernization, PROJECT #11907, Location: 45 Conkling Street, San Francisco, CA 94124.
Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter's and Laborer's Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
