Halmar International LLC. is soliciting cost proposal from DBE firms certified by the New York State Unified Certification Program (NYSCUP) for MTA Contract A37151.

The Design-Builder on this Project will be responsible for all aspects of design, engineering, scheduling, coordination, and construction. The Project improvements, including the installation of elevators and other ADA improvements, are to result in fully ADA compliant vertical transportation with long-term reliable service. The design-build element of the Project will include two components of Work: (i) as base scope, elevator installation and ADA path-of-travel improvements across the included stations, and (ii) a State of Good Repair Work at specified stations.

Halmar International is currently looking for pricing on the following scopes of works: Office Rental/Set-up; Porta John Service; Temporary Pest Control & Bird Repellent System; Community Outreach; Construction Engineering; Vibration Monitoring; Pre & Post Construction Survey Demolition; Progress Photography and Time Lapse Video System; Foundation/Piles; Concrete; Rebar Installation; Steel Erection; Sidewalk/Curb/Barrier; Sawing & Sealing; Signage Installation; Fencing, Surveying; Borings; Clean & Video Inspection of Drainage; Drainage/Electrical/ITS/Third Party Utility Work; Shear Stud Installation; Trucking; Contaminated Soil Testing & Disposal; Asbestos & Lead Abatement; Milling/Paving & Tack Coat; Landscaping; Pavement Markings; Safety Supervision; Waterproofing, Elevators, HVAC, Sprinkler, Plumbing, Tile, Tactile Warning Strip, Rubbing Board, Support of Excavation, and other related items.
