Approximately 5,800 SF renovation of the Career Development Center on the 2nd floor of the Plemmons Student Union and Solarium including demolition, general construction, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm systems, minimal plumbing, as well as minimal structural modifications to support the work.
VPC Builders is currently seeking bids from HUB certified Minority subcontractors for the following project. It is our company policy to provide quick pay agreements to enable minority contractors and suppliers to meet cash-flow demands. Bonding will not be required.
