Pavement Coatings Co. is requesting quotes from all qualified DBE, subcontractors and suppliers including certified firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to; Materials Supply/Delivery, Trucking, Traffic Control and Maintenance, Placement and Maintenance of BMPs, Portable Changeable Messages Signs, Cold Plane Asphalt Concrete, Roadway Excavation, Hot Mix Asphalt Paving, Adjust Utilities to Grade, Remove and Replace PCC Curb Ramp, Retrofit existing Curb Ramp, Thermoplastic Pavement Striping, Markings, and Markers and Removal, Temporary Pavement Delineation, Modify Traffic Signal Type "A" & Type "D" Loops, Bike Loops, Minor Concrete - Cirby & Parkview, Traffic Signal Modification Cirby & Parkview, Street Sweeping… ETC Quotations will be broken down to comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Pavement Coatings Co. will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. All Supplier and Subcontractor proposals shall be in strict accordance with said project plans, specifications, and any addenda issued.

Subcontractor's quotes should include any updates pertaining to addendum issued as well as follow specifications. DBE, subcontractors should possess a current contractor's license, worker's compensation, and DBE verification that is attached with proposal. Bonds pertaining to performance or payment may be required.
