RKE are seeking quotes from DBE Subcontractors & Suppliers for the following scopes of work:
Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control, Portable Changeable Message Sign, Water Pollution Control Program, Street Sweeping, Temporary Concrete washout , Treated wood waste, Temporary High Visibility Fence, Roadway Excavation, Pre/Post Construction Surveys, Remove Signs/Posts, Furnish/Install Signs, Modify Signal and Lighting Systems, Trucking, Class III Aggregate Base, Hot Mix Asphalt, Ready Mix Concrete

Bid documents can be viewed at or obtained from: the CDOT website: http://ppmoe.dot.ca.gov/des/oe/weekly-ads/all-adv-projects.php. They can also be requested by emailing your request to estimating@rkenginc.com. RKE is requesting pricing for all items of work on the project. Subcontractors and suppliers are required to submit price quotes to us within a reasonable time prior to the bid date, in order to fully evaluate quote. 100% performance bonds may be required for the full subcontracted amount. Subcontractors must possess a valid California Contractor's license, DIR Registration Number, and current insurance. Subcontractor's will be required to sign a standard subcontract agreement. RKE is signatory to the unions. This is a prevailing wage project.
