Scope-
The complete cleaning and repainting of the 1,000,000 gallon steel ground storage tank in Seaside, California on the interior surfaces, and the spot cleaning and topcoating of the exterior surfaces with containment, including other miscellaneous repairs and incidental items such as coordination with the OWNER, anniversary evaluations, disposal of debris, site restoration, etc.
