Is seeking qualified MBEs, WBEs

Removal and disposal of existing floating cover. Design, manufacture, fabrication and installation of a new membrane liner over existing membrane liner and of a new floating cover. Installation of new storm water pumps and electrical power on the floating cover andimprovements to storm water pump hoses/piping. Install bird wire across both cells. Perform site restoration. Perform 2 post construction inspections following Substantial Completion during a 2-year period as directed by the Owner.

Subcontractor and supplier opportunities are available but not limited to the following categories of work: scheduling subcontractor; demolition subcontractor; site clean up subcontractor; metal fabrication subcontractor; plumbing subcontractor; electrical (conduit cover) subcontractor; erosion control subcontractor; and bird wire subcontractor.

Engineer's Estimate: $7,400,000


Participation Goals: WMBE - Goal 3%

We are also available to provide assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit and/or insurance to WMBE subcontractors. Please complete all negotiations 24-hours prior to bid opening. We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
