PROJECT SCOPE: includes 3,330LF Dual Barrel 10'x10' Coffey Creek culvert, & interceptor 3,200LF 30" sanitary sewer line, Detention basin, Duke Energy duct bank, Earthwork and trucking 1.85 M -CY of embankment, and storm drainage system for a future Deicing Pad, Taxiway F Extension, and South Crossfield Taxiway, to be constructed under separate contract.

CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE: See Appendix, Contract documents, sheets GC0.1 to GC5.01 phasing plans. Notice to Proceed (NTP) MARCH 1ST 2021 - Completion APRIL, 2022 project requires Day and night shift work activities Phase One (NTP+410) : Temporary fence, Clearing & grubbing, Phase 1-Sanitary Sewer Trunk Line (see appendix 3), Coffey Creek culvert (see appendix 3) , Electrical Duct Bank, Storm Drainage, Grading and start surcharging Phase Two: (Phase one +150 Days) - Airside (AOA) construction Taxiway E and A: Temporary Fence, Culvert, Grading, Storm-drainage Phase Three [260] (NTP+580 day) after Phase three - Landside Construction Taxiway U, Temporary Fence, Storm-Drains, Sewer-laterals, Grading
SITE ACCESS & RESTRICTIONS: See Appendix Onsite personnel required to badge per security requirements complete Airport safety & security training, Vehicle and/or equipment driver training program. Vehicles & equipment may only enter airport operation area (AOA) under escort of Airport operations and enter though identified access gates.
CONTRACT COMPLIANCE All contracts & purchase orders will comply with will flow-down project documents requirements, contract clauses, etc not limited to: Site security and restrictions qualification; State & Federal laws and regulations Insurance Coverage, Employment Practices, wage obligation, taxes, Civil Rights Acts, Equal Employment, Business Utilization DBE firms are encouraged to participate & will be listed at time of bid, Work & materials may be combined or divided to facilitate maximum participation. Subcontractors are obliged to sublet to 2nd & 3rd tier DBE subcontractors. DBE firms needing assistance with obtaining bonding, loan capital, lines of credit, insurance, obtaining equipment & supplies materials or negotiate joint venture & partnership arrangements, or for Thalle's payment terms or to apply for pre-approval for agreements or quickpay, may contact Thalle Nan Sumner 919.241.1635 nsumner@thalle.com for assistance. Thalle will negotiate fairly with interested DBE firms & will not reject firms as unqualified without sound reasons-based capabilities.
