The purpose of this project is to provide construction services necessary to complete the St. Johns River Ferry Phase IV Improvements. The major improvements work items include but are not limited to:

Land Side: Clear / Grub, Demo, Pavement Rehab / Reconfiguration of Parking / Staging Area, Concrete Flatwork, Storm Drain, Utilities (Water / Sewer), Pond Excavation, Landscape, Lighting, Signs, Buildings (Warehouse / Restroom)

Water Side: Demo of Existing Bulkhead (Partial), New Bulkhead (Steel Sheets w/ Concrete Cap), Steel Access Bridge (Vehicular), Steel Catwalk (Pedestrian), Concrete Rehabilitation (Existing Bulkhead), Stopping Bumpers

Seeking qualified DBEs subcontractors and suppliers certified by FLUCP for the St. Johns Ferry Phase IV Improvements Project to be bid on September 23, 2020. Subcontractor and Vendor opportunities include Traffic Control, Erosion Control, Clearing & Grubbing, Asphalt Milling & Paving, Fencing, Grassing, Pavement Markings, Concrete Ready Mix, Reinforcing Steel, Utilities, Saw Cutting, Limerock and Trucking, Concrete Flatwork, Aggregates, Landscaping/ (trees), Drainage Structures, Signage, Electrical, Lighting, Sheet Piling, Masonry, Marine Construction & Supply, Diving, Demolition, Building Construction, Concrete Rehab & Repair, Miscellaneous Steel Supply, and Fabrication, Fiber Reinforcing, Rip-Rap Materials, Prefabricated Bridges, Fender Systems, Pipe inspections/Desilting, Handrail and QC Testing.
