Project consists of providing traffic control and construction area signs; providing and implementing water pollution control plan; upgrading the existing sidewalk, curb, gutter, pedestrian ramps, and street lights; and installing bulb-outs, bio-retention areas, Class II buffered bike lane, and high-visibility crosswalk markings at the intersection of Villareal Drive and Greenville Place in Castro Valley, Alameda County, California

Subcontract Goal: 15% minority owned businesses and 5% women owned businesses goal.


We are seeking quotes for water pollution control plan, street lights, striping, recycled base rock, concrete, 1/2" HMA, permeable rock, trucking, saw cut of AC & PCC, dumping of concrete, asphalt and dirt.

JJR Construction, Inc. is signatory to Laborers and Cement Masons Unions. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements. Contractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting JJR's requirements and will be required to sign the standard JJR Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
