Specific trades that will be involved on this project include but are not necessarily limited to: Sitework, Noise Walls, Site Utilities, Piles and Caissons, Concrete, Masonry and Stonework, Structural and Miscellaneous Steel, Waterproofing and Roofing, Architectural Metals and Glass, Skylights, Carpentry, Metal Ceilings, Trackwork, Elevators, Escalators, Architectural Finishes, Temporary Pedestrian Bridges, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Site Furnishings, Landscaping and other trades normally associated with this type of Project.

The project involves of the rehabilitation of six (6) stations along the Blue and Green Lines for WMATA. Specific scopes of work associated with the project include but are not necessarily limited to; selective demolition of platform elements, concrete crack repairs, installation of new granite edging, complete replacement of all platform and mezzanine quarry and tactile tile, installation of new wind shelters and pylons, complete station signage, repair or replacement and painting of railings and gates, Kiosk repairs and renovations, fire standpipe reconfiguration and connections, HVAC and plumbing upgrades, electrical, communications, and lighting. No platform surface (tiles, granite edges, edge lighting, etc.) will be re-used, stored, or salvaged.

b. E07 West Hyattsville: 2700 Hamilton Street, Hyattsville, MD 20782
c. E08 Prince George's Plaza: 3575 East West Highway, Hyattsville, MD 20782
d. E09 College Park: 4931 Calvert Road, College Park MD 20740
e. E10 Greenbelt: 5717 Greenbelt Metro Drive, Greenbelt MD 20740
f. G03 Addison Road: 100 Addison Road South, Capitol Heights, MD 20743
