Scope of Work:

Remodeling of existing residential units at third floor through penthouse (ninth floor).
Hazardous materials abatement and removal.
Partial demolition of existing walls at the ground and second floors.
Structural shoring.
New support spaces in ground floor and second floor for residents.
New roofing and roof insulation
New fire water, domestic water, electrical, telecom, and natural gas utility services to the building.
New mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
New fire sprinklers system and fire alarm system throughout the building
New security and telecom systems
