Lyles Co. is actively seeking bids from certified subs and suppliers for the Tehachapi-Cummings County Water District - Cummings Basin Westerly Recharge project to include: Demolition, Earthwork, Electrical, Fencing, Painting, Rebar, Aggregates, Misc. Metal, Pipe & Fittings, Survey/Staking, and SWPPP.

We will receive pricing for a breakdown of items. For example, a painting scope could be broken out into above-grade piping, below-grade piping, building coating, equipment coating, CMU wall protective coating, chemical floor coating, etc. We can make efforts to establish delivery schedules, where requirement permits, to encourage your participation. We encourage you to contract with a consortium of DBEs when a contract is too large for your firm to handle individually.
