The City of Patterson is soliciting bids from prime contractors for a new, LEED Certified, 3,270 square foot, ground-up one-story wood-framed Administration Building with a laboratory, offices, restrooms, lockers, parking (covered and uncovered), security gates and fencing, and landscaping to be constructed at the City's Water Quality Control Facility. This project has a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 2%.
