Platt Construction is looking for proposals for Renovating B41 at Camp Williams in Camp Douglas, WI. This includes renovation of approximately 27,000 sf, to update building environmental systems and building space layout. Work includes demo of interior and exterior elements, masonry and metal stud/gypsum board walls, replacement of drill floor HVAC units and system, wire cage storage and shelving, upgrades to weapns vault and related lighting and power upgrades.
