Garney Pacific, Inc. is proposing on the Water System Improvements Project, Project No. 2450.03 as a Prime General Contractor. We are actively seeking sub-bids on trades listed below from qualified & certified DBE, WBE, MBE, SBE, SBRA, HUB, LSAF and Local subcontractors & suppliers for the following trades: Sweeping, Trucking, Dewatering, Directional Drilling, Aggregate Supply, Paving, Steel Tanks, Pipe and Valve Supply, Erosion Control, Sawcutting, Roofing, Masonry and Structural Concrete.

SUBCONTRACTOR/SUPPLIER SCOPE: The Project consists of constructing the following improvements:
Lake Pump Station, Horizontally Directionally Drilled Intake Pipe, and Screen; Approximately 3,950 Ft of 12-Inch Raw Water Main; Train 2 Filter Pump Station & Filter 4 Rehabilitation; 0.5 MG Welded Steel Clear Well Tank;High Lift Pump Station; and SCADA and Electrical Improvements.

ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $7,000,000-$7,500,000
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Install a new waterline down Ballpark Ave. extending east from the existing water intake pumping station and crossing Old Highway 53 and South East to the intersection of Brannas Street. Waterline crosses Spruce and Manzanita Avenue and connects to the Existing Konocti Water Treatment Plant.

SUBCONTRACTORS: must meet insurance and labor requirements provided in the project specifications. Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. For assistance with bonding, insurance, or lines of credit please contact our office. Firms must be registered with Department of Industrial Relation and should have a current DIR number. Firms must include small business certification, contractor's license number, and DIR number with quote.

Quotes are required to be in accordance with the plans and specifications and good for the contract duration as specified in the bid documents. Your quote should be sent to our office prior to the bid date/time. The project is a prevailing wage public job. The Firm's quote must consider all terms related to prevailing wages terms. Firms must possess and maintain a current contractor license, insurance, and worker compensation coverage during the project. Firms that submit their quote explicitly acknowledge and agree to all above terms and responsibilities.
