Calpromax Engineering Inc. is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to: [TRAFFIC CONTROL, WATER POLLUTION PROGRAM, EROSION CONTROL, SIGNAL AND ELECTRICAL MATERIALS FOR TRAFFIC SIGNALS, ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR, CONCRETE MATERIAL AND CONTRACTORS FOR CURB RAMPS AND SIDEWALK ON DIFFERENT STREETS, STRIPING, SIGNING, ASPHALT CONCRETE.]

Calpromax Engineering, Inc. intends to work cooperatively with all qualified firms including DBE firms seeking work on this project, including but not limited to breaking out the contract work items into economically feasible units to increase overall DBE firm participation. Plans and specifications are available upon a request so we can email them to you with a weblink to download. For assistance obtaining or regarding the plans and specifications, you can also contact Calpromax office as well. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds for subcontractors are required. Certified DBE firms are encouraged to contact Calpromax and request assistance if they are unable to meet Calpromax's standard bonding or insurance requirements. Subcontractor, Supplier and Trucker quotes must be valid, at minimum, for the award period stated in the contract documents. Please note that this is a prevailing wage project. Subcontractors will be subject to the terms and conditions of Calpromax's subcontract and safety documents. Subcontractor scopes and supplier quotes are required prior to bid time. All Subcontractor Quotes must have the Department of Industrial Relations # to be valid quotes.
