South Library Apartments
Location: 14433 Leffingwell Road, South Whittier, CA 90604
The South Library Apartments project consists of a three story, type V-A, 27 unit multi-family apartment building with first floor office and amenity space and surface parking.

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County, MBE/WBE/SBE/DVBE/EBE/OBE firms for participation in the South Library project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and Diversity Business certifications. This project is a California State (Residential) and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage job (The higher of the two applies). Bids must be received by Monday, August 03, 2020 at 4:00pm for the following trades:
