Location: 5404 S. Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90003
The Manchester Urban Homes project consists of a 122 unit, 100% affordable, mixed-use, transit-oriented development (76 apartment units and 46 townhomes) with offices, health clinic, and community spaces.

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County and MBE/WBE firms for participation in the Manchester Urban Homes project.

Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and MBE/WBE certification.

This project is a California State and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage job (The higher of the two applies).

Bids must be received by no later than Tuesday, July 07, 2020, for the following trades:
