Notice of Bids Request - VA Building 207
Location: 207 Vandergrift Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90073

The VA Building 207 project consists of the adaptive reuse of a 3-story Type I building to 59 affordable senior residential units and 1 manager's unit for a total of 60 units. Building 207 is listed in the national register of historic places as a contributing building to the West Los Angeles VA Historic District.

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs), and MBE/WBE firms for participation in the VA Building 207 project.

Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and Small Business certifications. This project is a California State (Residential) and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage job (The higher of the two applies).
