The purpose of this project is to provide construction services necessary to complete the JTAMobilityWorks Alta Drive Roadway Improvements project. The major improvements work items include but are not limited to adding lanes, earthwork, milling and resurfacing, clearing and grubbing, roadway pavement, roadway drainage, landscaping, maintenance of traffic, signalization, signing and marking, and utility coordination and relocations. The JTAMobilityWorks project also includes utility work consisting of Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA) water and sewer main installation.

Seeking qualified DBEs subcontractors and suppliers certified by FLUCP for the Alta Drive Improvements Project to be bid on July 10th. Subcontractor and Vendor opportunities include Traffic Control, Erosion Control, Clearing & Grubbing, Asphalt Milling & Paving, Fencing, Guardrail, Grassing, Pavement Markings, Concrete Ready Mix, Reinforcing Steel, Utilities, Saw Cutting, Limerock and Trucking, Concrete Flatwork, Aggregates, Bicycle Railing, Landscaping/Irrigation (trees), Drainage Structures, Signage, Electrical, Signalization, Lighting, Sheet Piling, Concrete Traffic Railing, Boring, and QC Testing.
