BRCO Constructors Inc. is requesting bids from Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) subcontractors for the Memorial Park Pool Building Improvements Project.
The work to be performed under this contract consists of clearing, grubbing and demolition of existing pool buildings, concrete and asphalt pavement areas. Utility connections and grading for new prefabricated building placement. Concrete, HMA paving, fencing, irrigation and landscaping improvements.
The project area is located at Memorial Park, including portions of Oak Street, Central Avenue, and Colfax Avenue, and Condon Park including portions of Minnie Street and Butler Street, in Grass Valley, California.
