Arana Group Inc. plans to bid on the "Clifford Elementary School - Modernization, PROJECT" located in Redwood City, CA. We are General Contractors requesting bid proposals from DVBE certified subcontractors and suppliers all for all trades.

SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
The Project consists of: Modernization scope of work includes but is not limited to: Upgrades to door hardware at Buildings A, B, C, D, E and F. Upgrades to existing fire alarm system at the entire campus. Modifications to low voltage systems and clock bell system at the entire campus. Expansion of existing security CCTV system at the entire campus. Select exhaust fan installation at Buildings A and C. Select flooring replacement at Buildings A, B and C. Accessibility upgrades at sloped walkways, restrooms and drinking fountain. Perimeter fencing and gates along Clifford Avenue. Exterior painting at Buildings A, B, C, D, E, F and walkway roof structures. Accessible parking reconfiguration at Lot A. Accessible path of travel upgrades. Utility upgrades and learning courtyard improvements between Buildings A and B.

Estimated Construction Value is $2,900,000.00

We will be accepting BIDS on June 18th 2020 @ 12:00 PM.

GENERAL BID REQUIREMENTS & NOTES:

In order to bid for this project, your CSLB License must be active and you must be registered with the D.I.R (Department of Industrial Relations). No contractor or subcontractor may be listed in a bid or awarded a contract for a public works project unless registered with the DIR as required by Labor Code section 1725.5.

**Note: This Project is a Prevailing Wage Project.
