Phase 1: Construction of new 2 story building with associated structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, sprinklers and fire alarm system. Sitework and site utilities around the new building, expansion of existing parking lot.

Phase 2: Modernization of the existing classroom wings, new modular kindergarten building and associates sitework and site utilities.

The work in this bid shall include the following bid packages: Field Engineering, Final Cleaning, Abatement, Demolition, Earthwork and Paving, Pavement Markings, Site Utilities, Site Fencing, Landscaping, Playground Equipment and Surfacing, Site Concrete, Gypsum-Based Underlayment, Steel and Misc Metals, Finish Carpentry, FRP, Waterproofing, Joint Sealants, Building Insulation, Roofing, Doors and Hardware, Glazing, Cement Plaster, Gypsum Board, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Soft Flooring, Epoxy and Traffic Coating, Painting and Wall Coverings, Visual Displays, Toilet Accessories, Window Treatments, Pre-Engineered Metal Shade Structures, Elevator, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC and Sheetmetal, Electrical and Low Voltage.

DVBE goal of 3.0%
