D. W. Wilburn, Inc. is seeking DWVBE participation for all construction assemblies / scopes of work including site work, masonry, steel, roofing, glass & glazing, flooring, painting, mechanical & electrical systems for a new 358,018 sf High School in Lexington, Kentucky. MWVBE participation goals are 12% of total project contract value.
Successful contractor must be able to provide proof of general liability, auto and worker's compensation coverage as required by plans and specifications. In addition 100% Payment and Performance Bonds are required from the Masonry, Roofing, ICF, Steel, Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical Subcontractors.
