BUSINESS UTILIZATION MBE/WBE/DBE firms are encouraged to participate & will be listed at time of bid, Work & materials may be combined or divided to facilitate maximum participation. Subcontractors are obliged to sublet to 2nd & 3rd tier DBE subcontractors.
