Contract No. P100.338 involves deck removal and reconstruction, parapet and median barrier reconstruction, reconstruction of deck joints, removing asphalt, placing new membrane waterproofing, resurfacing roadways and bridge decks, reconstruction of approach shoulders, approach slab and sidewalk reconstruction, bearing replacement, substructure repairs, structural steel repairs, miscellaneous electrical and lighting work, pavement striping changes, emergency and routine repairs under cost plus compensation, maintenance and protection of traffic measures, and other incidental work on various structure on the Garden State Parkway from Milepost 140 to 143 in Union County, New Jersey.

We are encouraging NJ SAVI SBE Subcontractors and Vendors who are registered with NJ SAVI found at the following internet address: https://www20.state.nj.us/TYTR_SAVI/vendorSearch.jsp to participate in this project.

All proposals must include: Bid Item Numbers; Addenda's; Copy of NJ SAVI SBE Certificate*; Copy of NJ Public Works Certificate*; Copy of NJ Business Registration Certificate

*All NJ SAVI SBE certificates and NJ Public Works certificates must be current at bid time and remain current for the duration of the project.

Plans, Specifications, Addendum, and Boiler Plate Templates of our Subcontract/Purchase Order ("Agreement") are available on SmartBidNet.com, your firm will be required to execute IF AWARDED the contract. You must base your bid upon the contractual terms and conditions as they are reflected in the Agreement, without amendment. The upstream contractual environment on the Project is demanding and we will not entertain revision to the contractual boilerplate, which should instead be reflected in your bid price.
