We are seeking subcontractor/supplier bids from certified DBE firms.
Project Description: Rehabilitate and replace SCRRA (Metrolink) tracks in/around Los Angeles Union Station. Furnish/replace wood-tie with concrete-tie, replace rail lubricators & IJs, state of good repair track rehab, selected rehab of existing special trackwork units, roadway paving, and replace/relocate bumping posts.

Seeking quotes for asphalt paving, striping, painting, temporary fencing, sawcutting, trucking, water truck, soil testing, disposal services, survey, QC, SWPPP plan, certified industrial hygenist, aggregates, ballast, concrete crossing panels, thermite weld kits, concrete ties, bumping posts, special trackwork, rail lubricators, IJs, ballast mat.

Stacy and Witbeck is an Affirmative Action/EEO company and is willing to assist qualified certified DBE firms to achieve our subcontractor/supplier goals. Subcontractors with a contract value over $25,000 must provide a performance and payment bond. Please also provide bond rates with your submitted bids. In some cases, we may be able to provide technical and bonding assistance to subcontractors who may otherwise be at a disadvantage.
