Rehabilitation of Fernandina Municipal Airport Runway 4-22. Seeking pricing from qualified vendors and subcontractors. 10.45% DBE Goal. Must be certified by the Florida Uniform Certification Program (UCP) within the state of Florida where Florida Department of Transportation is the host agency.

Subcontractors sought: electrical, pavement markings, pavement grooving, erosion control, sodding, surveying, and testing

The project includes bituminous pavement rehabilitation and reconstruction of the southwestern most portion of Runway 4-22 (3,800-feet long by 100-feet wide), replacement of edge and threshold lights with new LED fixtures, isolation transformers, and cable, replacement of existing constant current regulator, installation of new pavement marking for entire runway length, pipe lining approximately 600 feet of 30-inch RCP under Runway 4-22, and top soiling and sodding.

Insurance minimums are as follows: General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence,
and, $2,000,000 aggregate
Auto Liability: $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit
Workers Compensation: Coverage A - Statutory Limits , Coverage B - $1,000,000 per occurrence
Excess/Umbrella Coverage: Minimum not less than $1,000,000
