CAL PRIME, INC. is seeking for quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to: HMA (1/2" PG 64-10), Full Depth Grind, Subgrade Prep, Class II Base, Slurry Seal Including Cleaning and Prep (Parking), Demo/Replace Spandral, Demo/Replace Cross Gutter, Demo/Replace Curb & Gutter, Demo/Replace Alley V-Gutter, Demo/Replace Sidewalk, Demo/Replace Type A Ramps, Demo, Demo/Replace Type C Ramps, Demo/Retrofit ADA Domes in Concrete Areas (DTL.D/6), Demo/Replace Commercial Drive Approach, Demo/Replace Commercial Drive Approach, Demo/Replace Alley Drive Approach, Adjust Monuments to Grade, Adjust Facilities to Grade ( Small-Water Lids), Adjust Facilities to grade (Large-Sewer Lids), Protect in Place Electrical Facilities, Relocate Stone Bollards, Demo/Replace Signs, Traffic Control, Traffic Striping, & Mobilization. Cal Prime, Inc. is a NON-UNION General Engineering Contractor. Bonding assistance is available if DBE subcontractor notifies Cal Prime, Inc. prior to bid time. A 100% payment bond and performance bond may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Please provide a bond premium rate with your quote if premium is not acknowledged in quote subcontractor assumes all financial responsibility for their bond. You must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. Please provide your DIR # with your quote. ALL Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting project requirements and will be required to sign the standard Cal Prime, Inc.
