BRCO Constructors Inc. is requesting bids from Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) subcontractors for the Request for Proposals for pre-construction and lease-leaseback services for the Poplar Avenue Elementary School Modernization and TLC Preschool Relocation Projects.
The first project consists of the Poplar Avenue Elementary School Modernization of existing facilities and associated site improvements. The second project consists of the TLC Preschool Relocation Project for new and existing facilities and associated site improvements.
The project area is located at 2060-2080 6th Street, Oroville, CA 95965 & 2075 Poplar Street, Oroville, CA 95965.
